Welcome to the webpage of Marco Fornari!

This is my webpage on the server of the Department of Physics of Central Michigan University where I served as faculty from August 2001. I retired as full professor on August 2024. I was also participating in the Science of Advanced Materials Ph.D. Program.  In these webpages you will find information on my involvement in developing and testing teaching methodologies and on my research in computational and theoretical condensed matter physics, in high-throughput calculations to design materials for energy conversion, and in quantum computing.
